One-off Brand Consulting

You get a one-of-a-kind, one-to-one, brand consultation with next.level.hospitality* on your specific brand-related theme. We begin with a forty-minute briefing call (non-chargeable) where we review your brand’s status quo and define a theme to work on. This briefing call is followed by a two-hour, one-to-one video call, where we focus on your specific topic.

This package is booked by clients who take their first step into next.level.hospitality* or require clarity on a very specific brand-related theme. This package is usually followed by the workshop.

Brand Workshop Touchpoints

This is a two-day workshop on brand touchpoints at your hotel or inn. We will analyze your customer journey and brand touchpoints on location. We check your brand appearance followed by a first “Tacheles Talk” (feedback-talk). After this, I will work on your unique roadmap including six to eight unique touchpoint concepts for a long-term brand boost.

This package is for clients who want to work with me in real life, and who love to be involved to the maximum to provide the best insights on their brand and hotel or inn with the maximum benefits.

3 Months Brand Consulting

For three months we will work on your brand strategy and (re)define your brand touchpoints. We begin with a guided online tour through your hotel or inn and evaluate your USP, your brand vision, and personal goals. In seven one-to-one video calls and weekly WhatsApp support we will focus on creating outstanding brand touchpoints.

This package is booked by clients who want to improve their brand touchpoints. Usually, their hotels or inns are already well booked, but they want to take their customers' experience to the next level.
